Berkeley Commonplace headquarters are located in Berkeley, California, on the 2nd floor of the Shuman Block at 2571 Shattuck Avenue. The building is on the east side of Shattuck, north of Parker Street and south of Blake. There is metered, off-street parking in front, and (2-hour) free parking in the neighborhood. There is an AC Transit stop at Parker Street for the 18, 800 and F routes. The building is about half a mile south of the Downtown Berkeley BART station.

The entrance is in the archway. The door will be locked. Press 1A on the intercom and I’ll buzz you in. NOTE: Headquarters are on the 2nd floor. There are 29 stairs and no elevator. I can meet you in the vestibule on the ground floor, if needed or preferred.
