February 22nd, 2026
The final delivery deadline—the date by which your completed collage is scheduled to be at project headquarters—is Sunday, the 1st of March, one week from today. When I receive your collage, you can expect an email confirmation. Also, your group’s status chart will be updated and a note will be added to your group gallery.
DELIVER COMPLETED COLLAGES TO:
Berkeley Commonplace
2571 Shattuck Avenue, 1A
Berkeley, CA 94704
In-person deliveries are welcome—by appointment.
If the days/times listed won’t work for you, contact me with a couple of options that will.
DELIVERY CONSIDERATIONS
• When delivering in person, please bring your collage in a container—an envelope, folder, box, bag, etc.
• When delivering by mail, use the USPS (United States Postal Service; the Post Office). The mail carrier has a key to the building; the private carriers—UPS and FedEx—do not.
• There’s no need to spend extra on postage for expedited delivery; regular mail will do. Collages received after March 1st will be accepted and included in the exhibition.
• Avoid sending bubble wrap. Thanks!
EXHIBITION CONSIDERATIONS
• The correct orientation of your collage may or may not be obvious to me. Yes, I have exhibited more than one collage upside down. Please consider indicating the TOP of your collage.
• There is no size limit given in the project description. Nonetheless, a collage may be deemed too large to exhibit. Four to five hundred square inches may be considered an upper boundary. If you have questions, contact me.
• The decision to frame a collage is the domain of the collaborators, chiefly the Principal Author. Unframed is the norm. About one in a hundred come framed.
